Available Training is committed to protecting your privacy, but in order to provide our services to customer we do need to collect certain information from you – it’s unavoidable.

This Privacy Promise sets out the rules we have set ourselves. These rules follow two basic principles.

• We only collect the minimum information we need to provide a great service to you.
• We go to great lengths to ensure that this information is kept secure and not divulged to other parties.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with UK (Data Protection Act 1998) and European legislation.  European laws about the use of personal information are much tighter than those in North America.  

We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best service we can.

We do not intend to pass on your information to third parties, except to enable us to process your order.  For instance we need to pass credit card details and your name to the credit card clearing system in order to charge for your training course.  Personal information is not divulged with third parties for any other purpose.

We will collect information in order to fulfill an order to you efficiently. The information we will collect about you for this purpose includes:

• your name
• address
• email address

• credit/debit card details

We will not request, and you do not need to supply, personal information other than that which we need to get the order to you efficiently and quickly.

In addition, information is sometimes collected about the preferences of visitors to this web site. This information is used purely to improve our service to you (information for email alerts, customer surveys and the like). You have the explicit choice as to whether you give us this information or not.  The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us, provided you can give us reasonable evidence of identity. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. 

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal written data security policy.  In accordance with English and European law, if we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you in order to make the ordering process work more easily and securely.
