Payment Methods Our aim is always to provide rapid delivery of your training and with this in mind we offer our customers the option of several payment methods. Complete Training Solutions & Bulk Orders As you would expect we offer a wide range of payment options including credit/debit card, bank transfer, cheque and credit accounts to our larger customers. As the deployment of you solution is likely to require personal contact with one of our team at some point such details can be discussed then. Home, Individual licenses & Small Orders Credit or Debit Card: Due to the nature of online training the majority of "smaller orders" are paid for online via credit or debit card. This allows us to process your order request immediately and you to start training asap (usually within 15 minutes of placing your order). We accept all major debit and credit cards via secure servers and process them using facilities provided by the major UK banks
Credit accounts: We understand that if you represent a company or government body then it isn't always possible to use payment cards for purchases. The good news is that we are able to supply goods on 30 day payment terms to those companies who fulfill our requirements for a credit account. Applying for a credit account is a simple process and we will normally process your application within 24 hrs.
